Do you have trouble getting to sleep? Do you have problems staying alseep? Do you wake up during the night? For the last I was going to say umpteen months, but it's  probably been the last couple of years I have found as I get ready to go to bed, there is a I'm going to call an insomnia. How lockdown helped me to finally get my cravings under control!

I had been a Keto diet advocate for many years.  I have friends who had lost extraordinary amounts of weight from sticking to a keto lifestyle, i.e. high fat, low carb and I wanted to do the same. It was pretty easy to stick to, most of the time. I liked the idea that my body would consume its own body fat for fuel and I would drop weight from my body. Personal Peace Procedure – The perfect tool for self-Tapping

One of the best things about Emotional Freedom Techniques, is its wonderful ability to be used as a self-help tool. So many other alternate therapies require another person to deliver them to you.
