I help people to sort through their emotional block/s; things that are holding them back. This can be anxiety, depression, relationships, forging ahead in business or sport or old habits and old thought patterns.
Together we identify the block, through talking, use of metaphors and sometimes drawing. We release the block and re-balance and re-focus on what is important now and how to Treat You Well again.
I am doing in person sessions or via Zoom or Teams or similar.
Sessions are typically 1 hour in length and there is no judgement, it is time for you.
