3 pitfalls to starting my own business I wish someone had told me

I started my journey into a Coaching Practitioner in the autumn of 2010. After I was enrolled and full steam ahead into that course that I found out the divorce rates amongst students was high! Incredibly high, particularity in the female students. It seems as we fall into the path or perhaps knowingly choose the path into helping others that we find ourselves working on our own patterns, behaviours, limits so much that the change in ourselves is inevitable.  This is a good thing, right? Get back MORE hours in your DAY!

One of the hardest things for me about being entrepreneur is not the isolation but the lack of routine. When you have an employer to answer to, you have set tasks to deliver to achieve someone else’s targets, and timelines and goals. Your HAVE a boss. When you work for you, you ARE your boss. When you have no other employees either – there is no one to look over your shoulder and your delivery is about you. Everything you achieve is on you.  Whether you are distracted easily is on you.  Whether you can 100% focus on the task and get it done on your own timeframes is on YOU. Jorge Reyes of the Oregon State Beavers Baseball team talks about using EFT for baseball and sports performance

Jorge Reyes was the pitcher for Oregon State Beavers when he was spotted Tapping on his face during a game. Commentators were fascinated by this action and interviewed him about it . Tapping is used to calm the stress response in the body by activating the meridian points on the body.  Tapping primarily uses meridians that run along the face and upper torso.  Tapping will also send signals to the brain when a player has nerves going on during a game. Tapping for insomnia relief

Do you have trouble getting to sleep? Do you have problems staying alseep? Do you wake up during the night? For the last I was going to say umpteen months, but it's  probably been the last couple of years I have found as I get ready to go to bed, there is a I'm going to call an insomnia. The kicks in there is certainly a feeling of distress and maybe a little bit of anxiety that's been coming up that I'm not going to have a good night's sleep. And I found it's been quite repetitive.
