I remember the days very clearly when I was married to someone who looked over my shoulder at everything I did.  There were comments all the time but the worst times were around what I was eating.  It was pretty stressful as I often felt  like I was in a fishbowl. This was also the topic of conversation at work in those days too as being at the office, away from spouses gave us the opportunity to eat what we wanted, when we wanted ,without judgement.  Now that the present world circumstance has so many of us working from home, and now in the line of scrutiny from our partners, there are even more of us feeling like we are in that fishbowl being watched. I’m missing my smoking, my junk food, my snacks

This is an extremely unprecedented time in world history. I dont believe we will see anything like it again - ever.  While we have been is isolation, I want to help people to deal with the real stuff.
