For the last I was going to say umpteen months, but it's probably been the last couple of years I have found as I get ready to go to bed, there is a I'm going to call an insomnia.
The kicks in there is certainly a feeling of distress and maybe a little bit of anxiety that's been coming up that I'm not going to have a good night's sleep. And I found it's been quite repetitive. So what I did was I created some very quick Tapping routines for myself and I thought perhaps maybe people out there are also having trouble with some insomnia.
