One of the things I love about having so many students in our school is that we have soooooo much access to people who are happy to create training videos with us. We just send out a call for volunteers and people pop up their hands. Last call out was for me to play around with cravings. It’s one of the BEST and most FUN calls I get to do with clients.
In the school we meet on a Zoom call, they bring along to the call some substance that they just LLOOVEEEE to have and we work to reduce their cravings to stop that “thing” having a hold on them. It works super well on chocolate, crisps, biscuits, lollies, just to name a few!
The technique I use is pretty simple to learn and all it takes is some practice. All of our students are taught this technique as it is a) one of the most called upon work that we do with clients, b) is super fun for the Practitioner to do, and c) clients love when food no longer has any hold on them.
WIN – WIN
Some of the calls remain safely tucked up in our school library, for all our students to access when they want, but others we get permission to share with you.
I’d love for you to spend a little bit of time with Sharon and I. She lloovveeddddddd bread, pasta, white rice –all the white nasties. She previously loved them all, but don’t no more!
And if you are wondering at all whether you could help someone overcome a food craving. Yup – you sure could – with the right training and some practice!
We teach all our students this technique AND we encourage them to practice it on each other.
Make yourself a cuppa, grab your favourite bar of chocolate and giggle along with us while Sharon has her last craving for bread.
